Do you offer international shipping for large speaker enclosures?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, due to the size and weight of our professional-grade enclosures, international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the dimensional weight and destination country.
Are your DIY kits difficult to assemble?
Our Flat-Pack DIY kits are designed for ease of assembly, featuring CNC-cut panels with interlocking 'rabbet and dado' joints. Basic woodworking tools and wood glue are typically all that is required.
What is your return policy on electronic components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused electronic components. Please note that once a DIY kit has been glued or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return due to its semi-custom nature.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all GSG Audio Design manufactured enclosures carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, while third-party drivers and amplifiers are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
